Why Use a Mailing Address

  • Our business mailing service can help you reduce overheads and provide your contacts with the reassurance and confidence in the your business. There is no need to rent an actual office, pay business rates or utility bills.
  • We can handle your day to day mail, customer returns and packages. You can use our address with customers so that they have a real address to return any goods - please note that we are an office and not a warehouse so we can not accept large items or pallets. Please discuss with us, the kind of returns you are likely to receive before purchasing the service.
  • Please note that the address should NOT be used to register vehicles with the DVLA, mail will be returned to sender without notification.

Mail Forwarding

  • Your business mail can be forwarded daily, weekly or monthly and we also have a scan and save option.
  • The forwarding of your mail is completely flexible and you choose how you wish to receive your mail. As your deposit pays for any forwarding, we can change the frequency of how often we send your business mail.
  • >The scan and save service will scan your mail into your own personal online dashboard, which you can then download from anywhere in the world. Our system is fully protected on our servers so that no-one can access your personal information or scans.

Meeting Rooms 

  • If you are based in the Sussex area, and want to meet your customers or suppliers at the address, we have a small meeting room which can be used. It can comfortably hold up to six people and can be hired for a minimum of two hours, with a low cost of £5 per hour.
  • Having your own online dashboard enables you to update any personal information and forwarding addresses.



Registered Office

Our Business Mailing Address Service provides a London or Sussex address for all kinds of businesses, such as sole traders, Ltd Companies, LLP etc, to receive mail from customers, clients, suppliers and banks.

With increased automation, cloud software, fulfilment companies and flexible home working not every business needs an actual physical office and for many companies it is unusual to actually meet their customers face to face.

How much is it?

Our prices depend on which location you choose and whether you collect the mail, or have it forwarded to the UK or overseas.

If you want mail forwarded we require a mailing deposit which we use to pay for any postage charges.

We charge the Royal Mail prices and for ordinary letters or packages we do not add on any extra handling or administrative charges.If your mail is over 1kg we do charge an extra £2 handling fee.

What next?

If you are happy with the price, to start your service you need to sign up, from our home page. Select the services you need and complete the form and follow the instructions - this will also automatically set up your online dashboard so that you can deal with us and your mail quickly and effectively.

As a HMRC licenced provider we will request proof of identity and address to be uploaded into the online dashboard, once this has been checked we can then provide you with the necessary approval to use the address.
