Telephone Answering Terms and Conditions

I-Support Business is the trading name of Osoco Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales, Company Number 07756496, at 49 Station Road, Polegate, East Sussex, BN26 6EA
Any reference to “us”, “we” or “I-Support” means I-Support Business.

Any reference to “you”, “your” or “your company” means the person or company or authorised person of the company for which the service is provided.

1                    Telephone based services

a                     I-Support provide the following Telephone based Services

(a)           I-Support: Messages services, for which charges apply, include:

•   Live Operator telephone answering - 24/7 including National  Public  holidays.

•  Inbound messages

•     Notifications by Email

•  Caller greetings

•     Other services that may be introduced from time to time.




(b)           Outbound Communications traffic, for which charges apply, such as Voicemail messages sent via email.These services attract usage charges.

In keeping with our policy of product review, and to provide you with up to date products and services there may be changes from time to time. I-Support Business reserves the right to introduce new services and change the products and services available at any time, without prior notice.

B             In accepting the telephone based services, you AGREE to the following terms and conditions of use:

(a)    You acknowledges and accept clause A;

(b)    On completion of a registration form, a unique telephone number shall be allocated to you, for a trial period or such other time that shall be determined by I-Support Business;

(c)    You may retain that number for that trial period;

(d)   At the end of that trial period, if you do not use any of the services as set out in (1) above, I-Support Business shall be entitled to cancel the service to you;

(e)  You will pay a minimum of 1 month in advance, Message Service Costs are £16 for 14 messages, £35 for 30 messages, calls exceeding these amounts per month will cost £1.20 per call and be paid for the following month, Message+ Service Costs are £30 for 20 calls or £70 for 50 calls, calls exceeding these amounts per month will cost £1.50 per call and be paid for the following month

(f)   Payment terms are 7 days, afterwhich we will be entitled to cancel your service. We will not held liable for any marketing costs associated with any numbers we may have allocated to you. 

(g) Additional Services such as SMS cost 10p per SMS and clients that require calls to be transferred will be charged a £10 set up fee, a 20p connection fee and 20p per minute to landline and 30p per minute to a mobile,

C             Use of Service

a)    You shall not transmit or cause to transmit any material that is derogatory, racist, abusive, threatening, obscene, hateful or in any other way objectionable to others or illegal;

b)     You shall not use any services provided by I-Support Business to 'spam' or cause mischief to others;

c)     If you 'spam', or causes any nuisance using any of the services, I-Support Business shall, at its sole discretion, and without prior notice withdraw services to you;

d)     In the event that there is any cause whatsoever to believe that the service provided by I-Support Business is being used to contravene any law, that service shall be immediately cancelled. Any such cancellation shall be at the sole discretion of I-Support Business, and shall be done without notice to you or recourse to I-Support Business.

e)     I-Support Business does not monitor, nor take any responsibility whatsoever, for quality, accuracy and the content of the information or messages that are received on behalf of your company.

f)      I-Support Business does not offer free trials for prior I-Support Business Clients, promotions, advertising, sick leave or holiday periods.

g)     I-Support Business does not take any responsibility for inbound calls made by telemarketers, misdialled numbers, promotional companies or callers not wanting to leave a message. We will endeavour to take these calls and collate as much information as we can so that you may contact them to remove your details from their database.

h)     Multiple company names and/or trading names cannot be applied to a single virtual office telephone answering account. Each account is allocated one telephone number which is answered in one company name. A separate account must be set up for each original company name and phone number.

D             Cancellation
a)    In the event that the service is cancelled, the telephone number allocated to you shall be relinquished, for use as I-Support Business sees fit.

b)     Upon cancellation of the service, I-Support Business shall not take any responsibility whatsoever for receipt and delivery of any messages sent to your message centre subsequent to that cancellation;

c)     I-Support Business shall be entitled at any time to withdraw services at any time, and your telephone number, without notice, for whatever reason.
