Online Traders - Case Study

We have many customers that trade online, as required by the Consumer Contracts Regulations, there is a requirement to provide all your customers with an actual geographical address for your customers to write to if they have a complaint etc. Just having an online form on your contact address is not sufficient. We find that by having an actual physical address on your website it gives your customers more confidence in your products and services.
We can accept small packages on your behalf and will forward onto your home address if required.

Unfortunately we are an office and not a warehouse so unable to accept large parcels, pallets, deliveries etc.
